Not my usual blog post, but I thought I’d share my recent experience with Endy Mattress (Toronto, Canada).
We’ve had our current mattress for over 6 years and it was well loved and used. It was finally time to purchase a new mattress. We looked at different options and ended-up going with Endy (which is a memory foam mattress and a Canadian company). I had also heard really great reviews about their great customer service… BOY WAS I WRONG!
Title to this review: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! (Pretty much sums-up my whole experience with them.)
I have never dealt with such horrible and, downright, rude customer service! Had major issues with delivery (having had my 1000$+ mattress delivered a whole week in advance, while no one was home!). Our huge king size mattress was just left there, outside, unattended for hours.
Just spoke to the operations’ manager (a woman with a harsh French accent) who was VERY unapologetic and did not care to listen to our complaints. (She basically called us liars.) She also admitted that she did not care about our customer experience and whether or not we were happy with our purchase.
I now regret having purchased an Endy mattress.
This is definitely NOT what a TRUE Canadian business represents! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ENDY!!!
I guess this post ended-up being more of a rant than anything, but as an informed consumer, I like to share my experience with other informed consumers.
